1. Prices & Charges
All prices are per vehicle and include taxes, fuel, and tolls. Extra charges apply for additional stops, waiting time, and service extensions.
2. Waiting Time
First 45 minutes at airports and 20 minutes at other locations are free. After that, a charge of €25/hour (or part thereof) applies.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation up to 24–72 hours before pickup (based on booking terms). Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
4. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed via email and become valid only after full payment is received.
5. Vehicle Capacity & Luggage
Customers must select the correct vehicle for group size and luggage. Overloading or unsafe conditions may result in service refusal without refund.
6. Pets & Children
Guide dogs are welcome. Other pets must be in carriers. Child seats are required by law for children under 12 or under 1.5 m in height.
7. Conduct & Liability
We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe or inappropriate behavior. No smoking, alcohol, or food inside vehicles. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties.
8. Insurance
All vehicles are insured, including passenger liability coverage.
9. Routes & Safety
Drivers may choose the best route based on current conditions. Passengers must follow driver instructions for safety.
Cancellation Policy
All transactions made through our site are governed and protected by international and European law that regulates issues relating to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC) and by the Greek Law (Law 2251/1994) on Consumer Protection, as amended and currently in force). You have the right to withdraw without justification within 14 days for services not provided by the application of our cancellation policy.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your booking, whatever the reason, you can do by sending an e-mail to giatrakostheodoros@gmail.com.
If you have booked with an agent you have to contact directly with your agent to do that on your behalf.
The cancellation fees only apply if you have booked with us directly. If you have booked with a travel agent please contact them for more information.

Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer without any hidden fees.
We reserve the right to cancel any transfer in the event of discrepancies (for example booking only one ride for more than 4 people – in which case the above cancellation policy will apply) or if payment is negated.
